It’s easy to explain what Sam has done for our business but much harder to express our gratitude for how she helped get us back on track when we fell behind with our books. I will say Sam gave us peace of mind and restful nights. What I really like about Sam is she is educated in the field, knew quick books online and knew the issues we were having. What I thought was going to take months took weeks to get organized. Sam listened to what we needed for our business to get organized when we were overwhelmed by doing to much. She provided a clear plan and made us feel comfortable by meeting us at the level we were functioning and took us to a level of better growth. She worked with us to get our system running smoothly, and provided suggestions about what might help. Sam listened to our needs again when we needed to tweak it a bit and we are so glad we made the decision to hire Sam. She took 18 months of chaos and turned it into a seamless process which has allowed us to have the information we needed at our fingertips, to grow our family business. Sam really cares about her clients, you can tell just by speaking with her. I highly recommend her for your bookkeeper needs, as I know she will help you do the same. She deserves way more than five stars.
