        What are your fees?I use flat monthly pricing—no surprise hourly bills. Once I get a feel for your business, we’ll come up with a plan (and a price) that makes sense for you.

        What bookkeeping services do you offer?I specialize in QuickBooks Online and work with business owners all over the U.S. Everything is cloud-based and super easy to use, even if you’re not “techy.” If you’re local to Rhode Island, I’m happy to meet in person too.

        How does monthly bookkeeping work?Each month, I categorize your transactions in QuickBooks, review everything, and send over clear reports like your Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet—aka, your monthly financial story.

        What if I need more frequent support?Totally doable. Some clients prefer weekly check-ins or cash flow updates. We can customize the schedule to fit what your business actually needs.

        How do I send you my documents?I can link your bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks so things update automatically. Or, you can send documents manually through a secure shared folder or email. Whatever’s easiest for you.

        Do you do taxes?Nope—but I do make sure your books are tax-ready. I can also coordinate directly with your CPA or refer you to a trusted tax pro, so you’re covered without having to play middleman.
